By purchasing from this website, you acknowledge that products must only be handled by suitably qualified professionals within controlled research environments. Research Lab 101 does not provide guidance or instructions for any use outside these stated applications.

Returns Due to Product Nature

Due to the specialised and sensitive nature of the products supplied, Research Lab 101 is unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or circumstances where product integrity cannot be verified after dispatch. Once products leave our controlled handling environment, we cannot confirm storage conditions, handling, or contamination risks, and therefore cannot safely resupply returned items.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete, or differs from what was ordered, please contact our support team as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied, Research Lab 101 will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which may include a replacement, refund, or other applicable resolution, including shipping costs where required.
