Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

Research Lab 101 aims to process and dispatch orders promptly from our controlled fulfilment environment.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (AEST/AEDT) on business fulfilment days are generally processed the same day where possible.
Orders placed after the daily cutoff, on Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next available fulfilment day.
Standard handling time is 0–1 business days.

Please note that all orders are subject to payment verification and stock availability.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, standard estimated delivery times are:

Australia Wide: 1–3 business days

This results in an overall estimated delivery timeframe of:

1–4 business days total (including processing and transit)

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on:

Delivery location
Courier network delays
Peak periods
Public holidays
Weather or operational disruptions
Remote or regional delivery zones

Shipping Days

Orders are fulfilled and shipped Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

No dispatch occurs on Sundays unless otherwise stated.

Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, shipment confirmation and tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate at checkout.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team so we can investigate with the shipping provider.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If incorrect delivery information is provided at checkout and this results in failed delivery, return-to-sender fees, or redelivery costs, additional shipping charges may apply.

Special Product Handling Notice

Due to the specialised nature of research compounds, all products are packed and dispatched under controlled handling procedures to maintain product integrity.

Once an order has been dispatched, shipping cannot be redirected, modified, or recalled.
